The registration of the customer’s data takes place on the basis of and in compliance with the law of 31 December 1996 no. 675 containing provisions on “Protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data”. The Customer has the right to exercise the rights recognised by art. 13 of law no. 675/1996. By filling out the registration form and accepting these conditions, the Customer expresses consent to the processing and communication of his/her personal data for the purposes indicated above.

Once the Customer has communicated to us the acceptance of the offer proposed by us, to confirm the booking, he/she will be asked to send us a specific amount depending on the type of accommodation:

  • for Maxicaravan: €310.00 (for each maxicaravan booked) of which €300.00 as a confirmation deposit and €10.00 as non-refundable booking fees and charges.

  • for Pitches: €110.00 (for each pitch booked) of which €100.00 as a confirmation deposit and €10.00 as non-refundable booking fees and charges.

  • The booking is personal and non-transferable. For organizational reasons, the management reserves the right to change the reserved accommodation number with another with similar characteristics.

DEPOSITS AND BALANCE

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to send, within 3 days, a deposit of €300.00 plus €10.00 of non-refundable booking fees and expenses for the Maxicaravan reservation and €100.00 plus €10.00 of non-refundable booking fees and expenses for the Pitches. In case of requests to cancel the reservation, for part or for the entire stay, received within 45 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be refunded 100%.

In case of requests to cancel the reservation, for part or for the entire stay within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation requests made after the above terms will be subject to a penalty equal to the entire amount of the requested deposit and therefore no refund of the amount paid will be made.

Booking management costs are not refunded in any case.

ACCEPTANCE

The guest or anyone entering the Camping must check in at the Reception with a valid photo ID for themselves and each member of their group, as required by law for registration purposes. Registered individuals will be given an identification bracelet, which must be worn throughout the entire stay.

The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse unwanted or excess guests.

The bracelet is personal and non-transferable; it must be worn for the entire stay, allowing for immediate identification of the guest and avoiding bothersome checks by our staff, who ensure your safety. It helps reduce unauthorized access and misuse of paid services that are exclusively for registered guests.

YOUTH, MINORS, AND CHILDREN

Minors are permitted to enter the Camping only if accompanied by adults who are their legal guardians.

We advise young people, whose needs and behaviors may differ and often contrast with the generally quieter expectations of most guests, to channel their energy outside the Camping, never during quiet hours, and always within moderate and considerate limits. Excessive and vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. Note that if individual responsibilities cannot be distinguished, the entire group will face expulsion.

Adults are responsible for their children’s behavior; their liveliness, education, and needs should not disturb the peace, safety, and hygiene of other guests. Additionally, young children must always be accompanied by an adult to the sanitary facilities and supervised during lake swimming and when using recreational equipment.

The guest is liable for damages caused by minors, including those affecting third parties.

MOBILE HOMES AND PITCHES

The number of the mobile home is assigned by the Management. For organizational reasons, the Management reserves the right to change the number (keeping the type unchanged) without giving notice and it is forbidden to move without authorization.

TRANSIT AND PARKING OF VEHICLES

The transit and parking of vehicles are authorized exclusively in the designated parking area.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrivals: the Maxicaravans can be occupied from 3:00 pm and the Pitches from 12:00 pm.

Departures: the customer is required to vacate the Maxicaravans by 10:00 am on the day of departure and for the Pitches by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

VISITORS

Additional guests, who have not been previously confirmed in the booking, are allowed upon delivery of identity documents at the Reception.

The Guest, in the event of the introduction of unregistered or clandestine persons, is required to pay, as a penalty, an amount equal to the accommodation rate increased by 50%.

CLEANING, HYGIENE, DECENCY, AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES

For health and hygiene reasons, to avoid the proliferation of insects or animals, for their own and others’ decorum, the customer will be responsible for keeping their accommodation or occupied pitch clean and tidy.

Guests must use sanitary facilities in a civil and proper manner and leave them in the same condition as they would like to find them. Any infectious disease must be immediately reported to Management.

QUIET HOURS

Behaviors, activities, games, and use of equipment that may disturb Camping guests should be avoided at all times.

During quiet hours (22:00 - 8:00), the use of sports and recreational equipment is not permitted.

PETS

Pets are allowed only in the Camping area and pitches. They are not allowed in mobile home accommodations.

PROHIBITIONS

It is prohibited to:

  • Smoke inside the mobile home;

  • Bringing animals into mobile homes;

  • Using the charcoal barbecue;

  • Light fires in any area of the Camping;

  • Alter the ground, dig trenches, channels, or bury poles or other objects;

  • Waste or misuse water (e.g., water guns, water balloons);

  • Damage vegetation or facilities;

  • Drive cars on Camping roads; accommodations are not accessible by vehicle, which must be parked in the designated area;

  • Use trees and boundary fences as anchors for ropes, tarps, etc., or hang ropes at head height, or install anything that may pose a potential danger or obstruct free passage;

  • Dispose of waste without following recycling guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITY, SECURITY, EQUIPMENT AND VALUABLES STORAGE, MAIL

Each guest is responsible for their belongings, as even in the Camping’s peaceful environment, incidents such as theft, vandalism, damage by third parties, or lost or carelessly unattended items may occur.

Management accepts no liability in the event of such unfortunate incidents.

Items found within the Camping must be handed over to Management for processing as prescribed by law.

Entering the Camping implies acceptance and full compliance with these regulations, which may be supplemented by additional rules deemed necessary by Management for the facility’s optimal operation. Camping staff are authorized to enforce these rules and report non-compliant individuals to Management. Offenders will be immediately removed from the Camping.

Regulations naturally impose limits on individual freedom to harmonize it with collective freedom. The general provisions justify the restrictions aimed at creating the best conditions for a richer, more humane coexistence based on education, respect, and mutual esteem. Therefore, we fully trust in the awareness and consent of our esteemed guest to adhere to these modest restrictions, enabling a peaceful and relaxing stay and avoiding the unpleasant intervention of staff to restore disturbed order.
